I’ve been building websites since before templates existed — back when everything was hand‑coded, servers were temperamental, and you learned by breaking things and fixing them again. For more than two decades, I ran websites from the cab of a transport truck between deliveries, keeping clients online no matter where I was parked. That experience shaped everything I do today: reliability, independence, and a commitment to getting things done properly, even when the conditions aren’t ideal.

Operating under the business name Kawartha Marketing, I hand‑coded several of the first businesses ever to appear online. I’ve collected and managed hundreds of domain names, built countless websites, and helped people navigate the online world long before it became mainstream — before MySpace, before Facebook. I’ve seen every trend come and go. I’ve learned what actually works.

My work spans the full lifecycle of digital assets — from initial concept and acquisition to long‑term stewardship and optimization. It’s a disciplined, old‑school approach applied to a modern digital world. My office doesn’t have wheels under it anymore, but my sense of quality remains the same.
