- Once a digital product has been delivered, refunds are generally not offered.
Custom Digital Work
- Refunds are available until work begins.
- Once work has started, partial refunds may be offered depending on progress.
- After final delivery, refunds are not available.
Premium Models & Client‑Provided Media
If a client provides video, audio, or green‑screen footage for custom work, refunds are not available after production begins, especially when premium models or processing time is involved.
